Our Method
-
We start at the top. Our technician clears spider webs, wasp and mud dauber nests, and debris from your eaves, soffits, overhangs, porch ceilings, door frames, and exterior light fixtures — with a pole and a brush, before anything is applied.
This goes first for a practical reason: there's no point treating a surface you're about to knock dirt and webbing onto. It's also the step you'll notice most. When we pull out of the driveway, the front of your house looks different. -
Next we get into the places you can't reach. Using an insecticidal dust, we treat the voids where pests actually live and breed: the weep holes in your brick, wall voids, the gaps around plumbing and electrical penetrations, and utility entry points.
This is the step most companies skip, and it's the one that does the quiet work. Dust stays put in a dry void for months, long after a surface spray has weathered off. On the Gulf Coast, brick weep holes are the single most productive harborage on a house — they're dark, humid, and connected to your wall cavity. Treating them changes the math on roaches and spiders more than anything else we do.
Dust goes down before liquid, not after. Dust applied to a wet surface cakes and stops moving into the void, which makes it useless.
-
Now the barrier. We apply a liquid residual in a band around the base of your home — up the foundation and out onto the surrounding soil and hardscape — plus targeted applications into the cracks and crevices at your window frames, door frames, thresholds, and expansion joints.
This is the line pests have to cross to get from your yard into your house. It's the step everyone recognizes, and it's the third one for a reason: it goes onto surfaces we've already cleaned and voids we've already treated.
-
Last, we treat the source. Granules go across your turf and landscape beds, where crickets, earwigs, fire ants, beetles, and roaches live before they ever reach your foundation.
This runs last so the technician works outward from the house — nobody tracks fresh granules across a wet barrier, and the liquid gets the undisturbed dry time it needs to bond.
